Franklin Street Parking Lot

·        Wear orange vests.

·        People parking at lot must have concession-parking permit.

·        Permits can be purchased at Fair Office located on State Street across from the former Steffy Buick/Pontiac.

·        Make sure the bag containing this instruction sheet, roster, sign up sheet and orange vests is handed off to the next scout on the sign up sheet.

·        The last scout at the end of the day must make sure the bag gets to the next scout for the next day. 

·        A scout and adult must be at the lot at all times.

·        You may use handicapped spaces as needed for handicapped people free.
