VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

Craftsman Work: Parents, I will need your help to address some of the requirements for this activity badge. I am hoping to incorporate the useful items needed for the Craftsman pin in with the set building and puppet-making of the Showman pin. Please let me know if you have small hand tools, wood, clay, paint or other materials that may help in this effort. Reviewing the Craftsman section will help you determine the scope of what we need to accomplish. Hand tools and help will be needed on May 5^th.

Monday, April 28^th: We will be having a Den Meeting. Please bring in any musical instruments wither you or your son are able to play. I am also looking for some sheet music to teach the boys the basics of reading music. Also, coffee cans are needed so we can make our own drums (if we get enough coffee cans).

UPCOMING EVENTS:

Saturday, June 7^th: Beaver Day at Camp Mack: A wonderful opportunity for the boys to help their local Scout Camp and to earn some credits toward their activity badges. This is a camp opportunity, followed by a community service day at the camp. A light breakfast and lunch are provided by the camp, but we’ll supplement that with our own Camp Cooking!
