Jan 14th            Pinewood Derby Clinic (Wolves/Webelos) 7-8pm

Jan 17th            Set up race Track 6pm

Jan 18th            Weigh in / submit cars 7pm

Jan 19th            Weigh in 7:30am / Race starts at 9am

Jan 21st            No Meetings

Jan 28th            Den Meetings 7-8pm

 

Feb 2nd             Blue & Gold Banquet 6-8:30pm (Fellowship hall)

Feb 4th             Committee Meeting 6pm /  Den Meetings 7-8pm

 

 

                        Pinewood Derby

We will be having donuts, juice and coffee Saturday morning……

Just a reminder…….the Boy Scout Troop will be setting up a concession stand around 11am.

Bring a few dollars to help support our Troop!

 

                        Blue & Gold Banquet

Please mark your calendar for Feb 2nd 2008 for our Blue & Gold Banquet.

We will be having a sit down dinner that Dave Zerbe will be preparing.  The cost

is $5 per person, and each boy may have 3 guests.  Lori Jefferson will be collecting

money at the Pinewood Derby.  THIS IS THE FINAL DAY TO SIGN UP AND PAY FOR

THE BLUE & GOLD BANQUET.  We will also be having entertainment for your enjoyment.

Hope to see everyone there.  This is a really special event for your son!

 

                        Summer Camp

I’m looking for a volunteer to help me with getting the boys signed up for camp.

I will be on vacation the week the money and signup sheets are due for the deposits.

If you’re willing to help keep track of who is doing which camp session,  and also collect

the deposits give Heather a call, or reply to this email. 

 

Scout Sunday is Feb 3rd and is fast approaching.  Your family is welcome to attend the

worship service at our Charter Organization (First United Methodist Church) when we

as a pack will present them with an award for graciously allowing us to use their facilities

for our Cub Scout activities.  We’ll let you know what time the service will be starting as

soon as we can.
