Popcorn Sale

2007

If you are interested in selling popcorn this year, please start taking orders today! Orders need to be submitted to your Den Leader by Monday Oct 29^th.

The popcorn will be delivered on November 19^th at the den meetings.

All money is due December 3^rd at the den meetings.

This is a great opportunity for your cub to earn “Cub bucks”.

Cub bucks are money that the pack holds for you to use towards camp, the Boyscout store, or other activities we do through out the year.

Cubs who sell popcorn will also receive a patch and any of the other incentives on the back of the order form they earn.

Pack 73 t-shirt or sweatshirt

(Heather has these for sale. $3 per t-shirt and $5 per sweatshirt)

Pack Meetings / Go See It’s:

Class A Shirt, Belt, Kerchief, Slide

· You can purchase the Class A (blue) shirt and belt at the Boy Scout Store in Lancaster. You will also need the numbers 7 & 3, the PA Dutch Council patch and a den number patch.

· Pack 73 provides the Kerchief and Slide – So don’t purchase this

We are looking for parent’s to help fill a few positions.

If you are interested in any of the following, please let Heather or Staci know ASAP.

Fundraising Chair (Popcorn, Hershey candy bars, parking lot for the fair)

Tiger Den Leader

Bear Den Leader

These positions literally take very little time out of your schedules. Staci and Heather each hold more than 1 position, and would be willing to share if anyone is interested in helping out.

Committee Meetings are held once a month at 6pm (usually before the den meeting) Anyone and Everyone is invited to attend. The more ideas brought to the table, the better.

We are going to try and communicate mostly through E-mail this year. If you object to anyone in the packing having your address, please let me know. I will be handing out the den lists that have the boys names and phone numbers as soon as we’re finished with the recruiting in the next couple of weeks.
