I, (parent) ___________________________________________ give permission for my son ____________________________________________ to attend the Den Meeting at Ephrata Park on March 24th, 2008.  I understand that the leadership regulations will be adhered to or the meeting is cancelled, a first aid kit will be present on site, and that all standard BSA Rules and regulations regarding safety will be strictly adhered to.

CAMP MACK

I, (parent) ___________________________________________ give permission for my son ____________________________________________ to attend the Den Meeting at Camp Mack on April 5th, 2008.  I understand that the leadership regulations will be adhered to or the meeting is cancelled, a first aid kit will be present on site, and that all standard BSA Rules and regulations regarding safety will be strictly adhered to.

SLEEPOVER AT CAMP MACK WITH PACK 073

I, (parent) ___________________________________________ give permission for my son ____________________________________________ to attend the Sleepover with Pack 073 at Camp Mack on June 7^th, 2008.  I understand that he must have an adult accompany him, and that all standard BSA Rules and regulations regarding safety and sleeping arrangements will be strictly adhered to.
