November Committee Meeting Notes

Nov 11^th – Scouting for Food – Distribute bags

Nov 13^th – Den Meetings

Nov 18^th – Scouting for Food – Collect bags

Nov 20^th – Pack Meeting

Dec 3^rd – Raking Leaves @ Cloister from 1-4pm

November’s Theme:

Knights, Castles, Dragons, Armor, Shields

·       Re-chartering money was due Nov 6^th at the Den Meetings.  If you have not submitted this yet, please do so by Nov 13^th at the Den Meetings.  We must get this into Council ASAP.

·       Scouting for Food - Please meet @ the church by 9am this Saturday to distribute the bags around Ephrata.  Next Saturday we will meet again to collect the bags and take them to the food bank

·       December 3^rd we are invited to take a free tour of the Cloister after the raking leaves project from 1-4pm.  This will fulfill some requirements!!!

*November Pack Meeting Responsibilities:

  Opening – Tigers

  Refreshments – Bears

  Closing – Wolves

The next committee meeting will be Dec 4^th @ 6pm
